Note:

1. Visa is required (in accordance with Article 3 of the Agreement between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Abolition of Visas, signed on 4 March 1999) if citizens of one of the Contracting Parties intend:

a) to establish permanent residence;
b) to seek employment; and
c) to attend school or university studies;

in the other Contracting Party.

Visa is issued free of charge.
