Ogulin: Books delivered to children who attend classes in Serbian PDF Print E-mail

altConsul General in Rijeka Goran Petrovic and Consul Vladimir Marjanovic visited the First Elementary School in Ogulin and the County School in Hreljin Ogulinski, where supplementary classes in Serbian and the Cyrillic alphabet are taught, and delivered book packages for these classes. The donation was provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Faculty Teacher Training in Sombor.

altAn evening devoted to Serbia was held at the "Il Kino" cinema, the main part of which was the screening of the Serbian film "Goat ears" (2017). Serbian Ambassador Dusan Crnogorcevic opened the event with a speech on the long tradition of Serbian film industry and its contribution to European and world film heritage. After the screening, the attendees of the event could enjoy Serbian specialties and a presentation of the tourist offer of Serbia.

altDocumentary film "Evliya Chelebi travels to Belgrade" which portrays the most significant cultural and historical landmarks of the Serbian capital premiered in Istanbul, in Deniz Museum, on 29 November. Half-an-hour-long travelogue forms part of the well-known series "Evliya Chelebi travelling the world", which was filmed this summer in Belgrade and will be broadcast on the National Radio and Television of Turkey next year. The series is based on the adventures of the travel writer who has a unique way of describing his experience linked to particular destination.
