Minister Dacic at the 2018 Western Balkans Summit in London PDF Print E-mail

Ivica DacicFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic participated at the "Future of the Berlin Process" panel, held in London today, within the framework of the Berlin Process Western Balkans Summit.

Apart from Minister Dacic the panellists also included Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Macedonia and Montenegro.

In his introductory remarks, the Head of Serbian diplomacy commended a very good organization of the London Summit and pointed out that, in the last four years, the "Berlin Process" had asserted a huge potential for cooperation in this format as well as within the framework of the "Western Balkan Six".

Ivica Dacic and Julia FeeneyFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received a farewell call from Ambassador of Australia to the Republic of Serbia Julia Feeney.

Minister Dacic thanked Ambassador Feeney for her personal contribution to the enhancement of bilateral cooperation between Serbia and Australia over the past four years, expressing the importance of intensifying the high-level political dialogue. He particularly stressed the importance of the visit made by Australia's Foreign Minister Julie Bishop, in July 2017.

MoscowOn 5 July 2018, a round of bilateral consultations on issues related to security challenges and threats was held in Moscow between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The delegation of the Serbian Foreign Ministry was headed by Acting Assistant Foreign Minister for security policy Ambassador Branimir Filipovic, while the Russian delegation was led by Ambassador Ilya Rogachev, Director of the Department for New Challenges and Threats.
