Sports Events

In order to prevent incidents at international competitions in which Serbian sports clubs participate, it is recommended that those sports clubs inform the Ministry of foreign affairs about such an event in a timely manner in order for safe participation of athletes and fans abroad.

Sports associations of the Republic of Serbia and Serbian sports clubs should submit a fully completed application for the participation at least three working days before the start of the competition (application form), as well as to compile lists of participants in Latin script.

It should be submitted to the Department of consular affairs of the The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that will submit the application for the participation of athletes, through diplomatic and consular mission of the Republic of Serbia, to the competent state institution on whose territory the event will take place in order to undertake appropriate measures and protection of citizens of the Republic of Serbia in case of unfavorable security assessment.
