Political relations
The Republic of Serbia is committed to cooperation with the Commonwealth of The Bahamas in all areas of mutual interest, including activities within regional organizations of which Barbados is a full member, namely the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and the Association of Caribbean States (ACS).
Economic relations
According to data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, total trade in goods with the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in 2025 amounted to EUR 210 thousand, of which exports from the Republic of Serbia accounted for EUR 209 thousand and imports for EUR 1 thousand.
Bilateral agreements

The Extradition Agreement concluded between the Kingdom of Serbia and Great Britain/Bahamas was signed on 6 December 1900;

The Agreement between the Government of SFRY and the Government of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas on the further implementation of the Convention regulating mutual legal aid and running proceedings in civil and trade affairs was concluded in London on 27 February 1936/The Bahamas, was signed on 1 September 1977 (International Agreements No. 8/1979).

The Bilateral Agreement on the Mutual Recognition of Seafarers’ Training and Certificates of Competency for Service on Board Ships between the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia and the Bahamas Maritime Authority was signed on 4 November 2009.
