Political relations

Bilateral relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Rwanda are traditionally good. Former President of the Republic of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolić awarded President Paul Kagame with the Order of the Republic of Serbia for merits in developing and strengthening peaceful cooperation and friendly relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Rwanda. On 13 October 2019, during the 141st session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Maja Gojković, met with the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Rwandan Parliament, Donatille Mukabalisa.

 

Economic relations

In 2020, exports amounted to 5.000 euros, while imports amounted to 21.000 euros.

In 2019, there were no exports, while imports amounted to 8.000 euros.
