Political relations
Relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Solomon Islands are good and have the potential for improvement in various areas.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Marko Đurić met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Solomon Islands Peter Shanel Agovaka on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly on 26 September 2025. During the meeting, the two sides signed an Agreement on the Abolition of Visa Requirements for Holders of All Types of Passports and a Memorandum of Understanding on Bilateral Political Consultations between the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
Economic relations
According to data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, total trade in goods with Solomon Islands in 2025 amounted to EUR 4 thousand and consisted entirely of imports, while exports from the Republic of Serbia were absent.
