Assistant Minister for Economic Diplomacy Miljan Ranđelović

He was born on 4 March 1981. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Belgrade, majoring in International Relations, and obtained the title of Bachelor of Political Science for International Affairs.

As part of his professional development, he attended numerous seminars and training courses in Serbia and abroad, including programs in the fields of European integration and local development, political leadership, political marketing, and applied diplomacy, organized by the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence, the National Democratic Institute, the International Youth Democratic Union, the European Movement in Serbia, the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Freedom House, and the World Bank Institute.

From February 2007 to May 2012, he served as a Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. During both parliamentary terms, he was engaged in the work of the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the Committee on Youth and Sports, where he also served as Deputy Chair during his first term.

From 2012 to 2014, he held the position of Assistant to the President of the Municipality of Knjaževac, in charge of investments, international cooperation, and tourism.

From 2014 to 2015, he served as Chief of Staff to the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija. Between 2015 and 2018, he held the position of Assistant Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija for general legal and financial affairs, and from 2018 to 2019 he served as Assistant Director for financial affairs.

From 2019 to 2022, as Deputy Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, he was responsible for coordinating the work of the sectors for general affairs, finance, and the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects.

From 2022 to 2025, he served as State Secretary at the Ministry of Public Investments.

In December 2025, he was appointed Acting Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic Diplomacy.
