Baghdad: Ambassador Balov met with Nuri al-Maliki

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Baghdad H.E. Uroš Balov met with Mr. Nuri al-Maliki, leader of the Rule of Law Coalition and former Prime Minister of Iraq.
The interlocutors discussed the process of forming the new Government of the Republic of Iraq, in which the coalition led by Mr. Al-Maliki has an important role, given the results it achieved in the recent early parliamentary elections.
Ambassador Balov emphasized that political stability is a necessary precondition for economic development and improvement of the security situation in the entire region.
