Brussels: Ambassador Jovićević visits Namur

The Ambassador of Serbia to Belgium, Marina Jovićević, went on an official visit to Namur, the capital of Wallonia.
On that occasion, Ambassador Jovićević met with Governor Dennis Maten.
The conversation focused on the Serbian diaspora in Wallonia, and the issue of economic cooperation and opportunities for university cooperation were also discussed.
It was interesting to note that one part of the city of Namur is called Belgrade.
Ambassador Jovićević and Governor Maten also talked about the European integration of Serbia and our region, the challenges along the way, as well as the economic consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic and the vaccination process.
