Representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Berlin and the Consulate General in Hamburg attended the opening of the exhibition in Osnabrück "Fates and Sayings: A Miracle in Osnabrück", dedicated to the memory of officers of the Army of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia who were interned in an officer camp in this city between 1941 and 1945.

The exhibition was organized by the Association "Baraka 35", headed by the curator of the exhibition, Dr. Željko Dragić and Petar Miloradović, a descendant of a captured officer of the Army of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia.

The Minister of the Interior and Sport of Lower Saxony, Boris Pistorius, opened the exhibition, which was attended by representatives of the city of Osnabrück, the Jewish community, as well as numerous other visitors.

The exhibition, which contains photographs and memories of the fates of the officers and their families, was held in the only remaining barracks of the former camp, which the Association intends to turn into a historical and cultural center, and later into a museum.

On the occasion of the exhibition, the Association published a book about the officer's camp in Serbian, German and English languages, and the exhibition was also covered in the local media.
