Kenya: Ambassador Županjevac delivered donated vaccines

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Kenya H.E. Dragan Županjevac handed over a donation of forty thousand AstraZeneca vaccines to the representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kenya.
The Ministry of Health of Kenya expressed great gratitude for the donation of vaccines from friendly Serbia, as it is more than welcome at a time when the stock of AstraZeneca vaccines in Kenya is at a very low level and when only about 15% of the Kenyan population has been vaccinated.
The delivery represents the fulfilment of the promise made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, H.E. Nikola Selaković, that Serbia would donate vaccines to friendly Kenya, given to the Hon. Ababu Namwamba secretary of state at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kenya.
