Kinshasa: Ambassador Jevtić meets the President of the National Episcopal Conference

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the DR Congo Miroljub Jevtić met with President of the National Episcopal Conference of the Congo Marcel Utembi Tapa.
The National Episcopal Conference brings together all Congolese bishops and lays down the policy of the Catholic Church at the national level.
Ambassador Jevtić and President Utembi Tapa discussed the political situation in the DR Congo, as well as cooperation between the Orthodox and Catholic churches.
Ambassador Jevtić, who lectured on the political science of religion at the Diplomatic Academy of the MFA of Serbia, was invited to give several lectures in this field at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church in Kinshasa.
