Rabat: Ambassador Bauer discussed broader cooperation with Moroccan officials

At the invitation of the Minister of Youth, Culture and Communications of the Kingdom of Morocco, H.E. Mr. Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Rabat H.E. Ivan Bauer, attended the opening of the exhibition presenting the 200 million years old fossil of a crocodile - the oldest ever found.
Ambassador Bauer talked with Minister Bensaid about the details of the imminent visit of the Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and Information Ms. Maja Gojković to Rabat, scheduled for March this year.
On this occasion, Ambassador Bauer also met with the Mayor of Rabat Ms. Asma Rlal, with whom he discussed the 2018 initiative to establish a partnership between Belgrade and Rabat.
Ambassador Bauer invited the mayor to attend the opening of the exhibition of the Archives of Yugoslavia, which will take place on March 15 at the National Library of Morocco, as part of the "Year of Serbia in Morocco" - at the initiative of Serbian Foreign Minister Nikola Selaković.
