São Tomé: Ambassador Perišić presented his credentials to the President of São Tomé and Príncipe

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Angola Miloš Perišić presented his credentials to President of the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Principe Carlos Manuel Vila Nova, thus taking over the position of the Non-Resident Ambassador to that country.
In a conversation with President Vila Nova, Ambassador Perišić stated that Serbia and São Tomé and Príncipe had ties of decades-long friendship and cooperation and that in the coming period the two countries should work on further strengthening these relations.
The interlocutors also agreed to organise special events this year to mark the 45th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Serbia and São Tomé and Principe.
