Skopje: Ambassador Jovanović met with the Mayor of the Skopje Municipality of Centar

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Skopje, Nevena Jovanović, met with the Mayor of the Skopje Municipality of Centar, Goran Gerasimovski, with whom she discussed further improvement of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, especially in local self-government activities.
During the talks, the interlocutors highlighted the traditionally good cooperation between the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Skopje and the municipality of Centar and introduced new common activities, with a special emphasis on projects relevant for the Serbian community living in this municipality in Skopje.
At the meeting, both sides expressed a desire to intensify the cooperation of the fraternal municipalities. To this effect, Mayor Gerasimovski expressed a desire to have a meeting as soon as possible between the representatives of the Skopje municipality of Centar and the Belgrade municipality of Stari Grad.
