Sofia: Ambassador Jović at the 30th anniversary celebration of the American University in Blagoevgrad

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Sofia Željko Jović attended the formal celebration of the 30th anniversary of the American University in Blagoevgrad, accompanied by United States Ambassador to Bulgaria Herro Mustafa and Dean of the American University in Blagoevgrad David Evans. Students from all over the world, especially from the Balkans, attend this very respectable scientific institution. Many of them are Serbian citizens.
Ambassador Jović wished good luck to the Serbian compatriots in their further work and development and asked them to apply everything they learned there back in Serbia, promising that Serbia would continue to develop and strive every day to be a better and a safer place for them to live.
Ambassador Jović also spoke with Dean Evans about his readiness to consider the possibilities of establishing scientific and technical cooperation between the American University and similar institutions in Serbia in the coming period, so that the existing scientific basis in both countries could be furthered and an even higher quality education provided to the following generations.
