Sofia: Ambassador Jović at the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Mars Armor Company

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Sofia, Željko Jović, has visited Kostinbrod, one of the three largest and most successful industrial zones in Bulgaria, where he attended the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the founding of Mars Armor, a company that produces helmets and body armours.
Honorary Consul of Serbia Anastasia Solakov and Mayor of the Municipality of Kostinbrod Trayko Mladenov were also in attendance.
In a conversation with the company owner Mr. Plamen Tashkov, Ambassador Jović presented the achievements of Serbian companies in the defence industry. Ambassador Jović pointed out Serbia’s potentials in that sector, from the aspect of possible cooperation between Serbian companies and this successful Bulgarian company, the products of which are marketed in over 80 countries in the world.
Ambassadors Jović and Tashkov agreed that the upcoming large arms and military equipment fair in Plovdiv, Hemus 22, would be an ideal opportunity for talks and possible agreements with representatives of Serbian companies.
