Tirana: Ambassador Vukčević meets with Deputy Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania Megi Fino

Ambassador Vukčević and Deputy Minister Fino discussed subjects of common interest, including cooperation under the Open Balkan Initiative, European integration, multilateral cooperation and infrastructure connectivity.

It was stated that the Open Balkan Initiative was contributing to the development of economic cooperation and stronger connections between the people in the region, and bringing concrete benefits to the citizens of participating countries. It was also emphasised that cooperation in the field of tourism was one of the fastest growing economic sectors, and that targets in that field were to be formalised at the upcoming Open Balkan Summit in Ohrid.
