Tirana: Ambassador Vukčević with the Secretary General at the MFA of Albania, Skapi

The Ambassador of Serbia to Albania, Slobodan Vukčević, met with the Secretary General of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania, Armand Scapi.

On that occasion, the interlocutors exchanged views on all topics of common interest in a constructive and friendly conversation, and paid special attention to the "Open Balkans" initiative and today's meeting in Belgrade.

They assessed that this initiative, as an excellent way to remove all types of barriers by allowing the free movement of people, goods, services and capital, brings benefits primarily to all citizens.

They emphasized that there are many areas, such as tourism, culture, economy, agriculture, in which there is room for improving bilateral relations, on which the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Albania will work intensively in the future.

Ambassador Vukčević and Secretary General Skapi agreed that it is necessary to continue the cooperation between the two ministries and organize regular consultations.
