Tokyo: Ambassador Kovač held a lecture at Daito Bunka University

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Japan Aleksandra Kovač visited Daito Bunka University in Tokyo, where she gave a lecture dedicated to the 140th anniversary of friendship between Serbia and Japan and spoke about the history and cultural heritage of Serbia, the establishment of ties with Japan and the development of bilateral relations.
After the lecture, Ambassador Kovač met with President of this educational institution Jiro Naito, with whom she discussed the possibilities for establishing cooperation with universities in Serbia and for academic exchange.
Daito Bunka University, which celebrates its 100th anniversary next year, was founded as a high school for Oriental studies, and today has about three thousand students attending undergraduate and graduate studies in literature, economics, law, foreign languages, Asian studies, business administration, etc.
