Washington: Ambassador Đurić meets with the President of the United States of America

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Washington met with the President of the United States of America, Joseph Biden, at the White House.

President Biden welcomed Ambassador Đurić in the Oval Office of the White House.

Ambassador Đurić expressed our appreciation for this gesture of respect for Serbia and our 140-year-long interstate relations, which have been showing continuous growth trend in numerous areas in recent years.

‘By continuing our hard work on economic development, reforms, integration and modernization, we are repaying what we owe to ourselves, but we are also gaining the respect of others. As a country looking towards the future, but also preserving its traditional self, the Republic of Serbia, led by President Aleksandar Vučić as the initiator of numerous positive changes in society, will continue to achieve exceptional results and build relations and bridges with the international community,’ said Đurić .

Đurić expressed his belief that the Republic of Serbia, as a responsible and reliable partner to everyone in the international community, will continue to implement the policy of regional stability and advocate for peace, prosperity, and economic progress of all citizens of the Western Balkans.
