During his stay in Cameroon, which he covers on a non-residential basis, the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Miroljub Jevtić, visited the Rector of the University of Yaounde 2, Adolph Minkoa She.
The aim of the visit was to develop relations in the field of science, education and culture, which is the main task of the programme of the Government of the Republic of Serbia "World in Serbia".
The rector said that science in Cameroon followed the policy of the state rulers who wanted to diversify ties in the field of science, education and culture, and that he saw an important place for Serbia there. She expressed his desire to sign cooperation agreements between the University of Belgrade and the University of Yaounde 2.
Cameroon has eleven public and a large number of private universities, and the rector expressed his desire to connect, not only the universities of the capitals, but also the universities in the interior.
