High level of relations between Serbia and Germany

The interlocutors assessed the level of bilateral relations as very good, which is also shown by the visits of Chancellor Angela Merkel and Vice President of the Bundestag Claudia Roth in the previous period.

Satisfaction was expressed with the development of economic cooperation, which increasingly includes investments in the high-tech sector.

The State Secretary informed his interlocutor about the current state of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, the situation in the region and the "Open Balkans" initiative, but also about the recently held commemorative gathering on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Non-Aligned Movement in Belgrade.

Also, the progress that Serbia has made in the process of European integration was positively assessed.
