Ivančić at the Belgrade Security Forum on Serbia's participation in the Partnership for Peace

Acting Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Security Policy, Dijana Ivančić, participated in the panel "15 years of Serbia's participation in the Partnership for Peace" held within the 11th Belgrade Security Forum.

At the panel opened by NATO Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy, Carmen Romero, Ambassador Ivančić referred to the past 15 years of Serbia's membership in the Partnership for Peace, giving an overview of the development of that cooperation and concretely realized activities.

She especially pointed out the importance of the continuous political dialogue with NATO, as well as the cooperation with KFOR in Kosovo and Metohija.

Speaking about practical forms of cooperation, outside the field of military cooperation, she pointed out the positive examples and results achieved within the NATO program "Science for Peace and Security", integrity building projects, cooperation in the field of civil protection and emergency situations, as well as cooperation in strengthening gender equality.
