Jović Meets with Head of Political Section at U.S. Embassy

During the meeting, mutual satisfaction was expressed with the launch of the Strategic Dialogue between the Republic of Serbia and the United States of America.

The discussion focused in particular on intensifying cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

State Secretary Jović briefed his interlocutor on the extremely difficult situation facing the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija and called for stronger support from the United States for the observance of their fundamental human and political rights.

Satisfaction was expressed with the confirmation of the participation of the United States of America in the Specialized Expo 2027 in Belgrade, which will provide a good opportunity for visits by a large number of tourists from the United States, as well as government and business delegations.

State Secretary Jović wished his interlocutor a successful tenure in Belgrade.
