Minister Dacic confers with Brice Roquefeuil
The Serbian Foreign Minister took the opportunity to recall the historical ties between the two peoples, their alliance in the most difficult times in history and a long tradition of diplomatic relations between Serbia and France, whose 185th anniversary is being marked this year.
The Minister pointed out that the bilateral relations and economic cooperation had reached an exceptionally high level, and noted a years-long trend of growing trade in goods between the two countries, while emphasizing that the Republic of Serbia was committed to the further promotion of political dialogue with the French Republic at the high and top levels.
The French side affirmed its support for the Republic of Serbia in the EU integration process and the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue as well as for its activities towards full-fledged membership in the International Organization of La Francophonie.
