Selaković: The agreements signed with the UAE are important for Serbia

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Nikola Selaković said today, commenting on the results of the official visit of President Aleksandar Vučić to the United Arab Emirates, that the signed agreements were very important and beneficial for Serbia.
Selaković told journalists in Abu Dhabi that before the direct contact and friendship between President Vučić and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, cooperation between the two countries was almost non-existent, and that today we have, among other things, an agreement on a comprehensive strategic partnership.
„Today we can see that they meet on regular basis, they talk about everything, it represents continuous deepening of the relationship between the two countries over time, the trust is being built, and it is something that brings considerable benefits for Serbia, too,“ Selaković said.
As part of the official visit of President Vučić, nine bilateral agreements were signed between Serbia and the United Arab Emirates.
