Serbian citizen evacuated from Kabul

Milka Damjanović, the last remaining Serbian citizen in Kabul, was evacuated from Afghanistan today.
Milka Damjanović landed in Kazakhstan, thus completing the evacuation of all Serbian citizens reported to our authorities from Afghanistan.
In the past few days, Siniša Pavić, charge d'affaires of the Serbian Embassy in India, which is also territorially responsible for Afghanistan, was in daily telephone contact with our citizen and international partners in order to facilitate her evacuation. Serbian Ambassador to Italy, Goran Aleksić, and officials at the MFA in Belgrade were also involved in these activities.
