Political relations

The political relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Federal Republic of Nigeria are traditionally good and friendly.

Former President of the Republic of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolić awarded President Muhammadu Buhari with the Order of the Republic of Serbia for merits in developing and strengthening peaceful cooperation and friendly relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

 

Economic relations

In 2020, exports amounted to 5,066 million euros, while imports amounted to 1,350 million euros.

In 2019, exports amounted to 8.739 million euros, while imports amounted to 592,000 euros.

 

Bilateral agreements

Trade Agreement between the Government of the SFRY and the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
